Terms and Conditions:

  1. Client (bettor) is a person who makes a wager with the Betting company.

  2. Wager is an agreement between the Client and the Betting company where the loser must fulfil his obligations according to the rules set by the Betting company. The wagers are accepted in accordance to the rules offered by the Betting company in the line.

  3. Line is the list of events and their outcomes at the odds offered by the Betting company for wagering.

  4. Bet is the monetary deposit as one as one of the means guaranteeing fulfilment of the Bettor's obligations to the Betting company. It is placed by the Bettor to the Betting company as a fee for participation in the wagering that includes predicting an outcome. It is the amount the Bettor is wagering.

  5. Outcome is the result of the event on which the wager has been made.

  6. Odds to win is the quotation of the Betting company for outcomes of different events.

  7. The concepts of "home" (host team) and "away" (guest team) are used in the team competitions, except for the following cases:

    • The rounds take place in one city or country (in international competitions);

    • The event is the final of any cup competition and consists of one match.

  8. "Home" teams stand on the 1st place (marked "1"), and "away" teams on the 2nd place (marked "2") in the betting line. In other cases, the numbering of participants in the line is conditional, and information about the place of the event is informative only

GENERAL TERMS

  1.  The T&C (hereinafter referred to as the “rules”) regulates the provision of services, includes provisions of public, adhesion agreement on gambling service rendering at the web-site betbolt.com, concluded between the company BetBolt (hereinafter referred to as the “Betting company”), registered and operating under the laws of the Seychelles as one party and a Client as the other party. The moment, when the Client registers online on the website, shall be considered as the moment of commencement of the agreement.

  2.  The Betting company provides the Clients with the services on participation of Clients in the list of bets on sports, other events (referred to as events from now on), other games presented on the website, offers the Clients availability to create betting odds and manage gaming account on the website on the Internet. All bets are accepted according to the current rules (incl. the special features of rules on different sports). For services on participation of Clients in the list of bets and for services on participation in other games on the website the same gaming account is used.

  3.  Upon the registration, the Client is deemed as having accepted the rules, and having become familiar with the rules in full and agreed to play in accordance therewith, as well the Client agrees with all the rates of charges and commission rates for the transfer of funds, and agrees with the e-mail and SMS notifications about new services. The Client’s registration shall mean his full satisfaction with the security features used by the Betting company and the Client assumes in full all risks associated with the use of telephone lines, the Internet and other means of communication. If the Сlient does not agree with the rules, he must stop using the services provided by the Betting company.

  4.  The Betting company can amend and supplement the present rules, provisions and payout methods without prior personal notice. The terms of the previously placed wagers remain unchanged while all subsequent wagers are subject to the changed rules.

  5.  Registration, opening of deposit accounts and wagering is allowed only for persons that have a minimum age of 18. The Clients are responsible for checking that online betting is allowed in the countries where they live. The Clients are responsible for giving information about winnings and losses to their local authorities if necessary. The Client’s registration shall mean that the Client guarantees that  a) he has reached the age of 18 and under the law of residence country or the law of the country, where Client is located in the moment of receiving of services, the Client has the right to receive services provided by the Betting company; b) he is the rightful owner of funds that he places on his gaming account.

  6.  The Betting company assumes that the information given by the Client during registration is completely correct. The Betting company accepts no responsibility if the Client provides the Betting company with wrong information. The Client ensures that all the information provided by him to the Betting company is true. To prevent cheating and other conflicts, the Betting company may request from the Clients to provide any personal identification documents as deemed necessary and sufficient by the Betting company in order to verify the information the Client has presented during registration. The Client agrees to submit all necessary documentation during registration, if requested by the Betting company.

  7.  In instances where fraudulent activities are suspected, particularly in relation to financial transactions and wagering, individuals found guilty will be held accountable, including the possibility of facing criminal prosecution. In case the Betting company finds out that the Client has not reached the age of 18, and in case of detection of any fraudulent or other illegal activities on the part of the Client, the Betting company may block the Client’s gaming account and investigate the Client’s actions in accordance with the rules.

  8.  Opening of account and deposit on account will be made according to the appropriate rules.

  9.  The payouts are made according to the appropriate rules.

  10.  The Clients are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account information. The Betting company ensures that the Client's information remains confidential. However, the Betting company disclaims any responsibility if the information is disclosed to a third party. Operations conducted using the login/gaming account number and the password of the gaming account holder are considered valid and official. The only limitation is the balance available in the gaming account. In the event that the Client suspects their information has been compromised, they can contact the Betting company administrator to request a password change.

  11. The Betting company does not accept any responsibility for damage or losses caused by use of the site or by the contents of the site. The same applies to the use or misuse of the site contents by any person, inability to be connected to the site, inability to use the site, delays in site functioning or data transmitting, failures in communication lines or to any mistakes, typing errors or omissions in the contents of the site.

  12.  The rules specific to each sport have priority over the general rules.

  13.  Despite the fact that we make every effort to ensure that the site content is correct, all data on the current course of events are for informational purposes only. We accept no responsibility for any inaccuracies in the current score or time of the match. We recommend that you always use alternative sources of information.

  14.  The Betting company prohibits registration, making deposit and bets to citizens of Afghanistan, Algeria, Australia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canada, China (People's Republic of), Cuba, Cyprus, Denmark, Ethiopia, France (and French territories) , Germany, Gibraltar, Iran (Islamic Republic of), Iraq, Ireland, Italy, Korea (Democratic People's Republic of) , Lao (People's Democratic Republic of), Malta, Myanmar, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Qatar, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, South Africa, Spain, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Turkey, Uganda, United Kingdom, United States (and U.S. Territories), Yemen. 

  15.  The Betting company hereby informs that Singapore law prohibits the provision of the remote gambling services to customers who are physically present in Singapore. Notwithstanding the above provisions in this Section, the Betting company is not obliged and shall not: (i) inform the Clients about existence or content of provisions of the legislation forbidding consumption of online services which are provided on web-site, and (ii) advice on such issues.

  16.  The Parties agreed that in the case of force majeure circumstances (circumstances of insuperable force, which are beyond the will of the Parties), including the actions of public authorities, which make it impossible for the Parties to fulfil their obligations hereunder, fire, flood, other natural disasters, the Parties are exempted from their obligations for the duration of the circumstances mentioned. In cases the effect of the mentioned circumstances lasts more than for 30 (thirty) calendar days, each Party has the right to terminate this agreement and shall not be liable for such termination, provided that it notifies the other Party at least 15 (fifteen) days prior to the termination. Sufficient proof of force majeure is a document issued by the Chamber of Commerce. The rise of the mentioned circumstances does not constitute grounds for the Betting company refusal to pay back funds from Client’s gaming account.

The Betting company reserves the right to refuse registration, making deposit and bets to persons:

  1. Who are citizens and/or residents of countries that have been sanctioned by a government agency, the Financial Analysis Unit (FAU) of Costa Rica;

  2. Who are citizens and/or residents of states whose legislation does not comply with the established international standards of the Financial Action Task Force on Money Laundering (FATF) and/or states that have gaps in the strategy for combating money laundering and terrorist financing, according to the report of the Financial Action Task Force on Money Laundering (FATF); who have previously been excluded or self-excluded from participation in gambling.

Intellectual Property Rights:

  1. All the design elements, text, graphics, music, sounds, pictures, videos, and their selection and disposition on the website, as well as the compilations of the software, source codes, software and all other materials are subjects to the protection of copyright and other proprietary rights which are either owned by the Betting company or used by the Betting company under license issued by the third parties, being their owners. The extent to which any materials can be downloaded or printed, such materials can also be downloaded to a single personal computer, and the individual parts can be printed for personal and non-commercial purposes of the Client.

  2. In no case the usage of the Betting company services entitles the Client to any intellectual property rights (e.g., copyrights, know-how or trademarks) owned by the Betting company or any other third party.

  3. The Client has no right to do or allow other person to copy, store, publish, rent, license, sell, distribute, modify, add, delete, destruct or disrupt the operation of the website or any of its sections in any way, as well as directly or indirectly disrupt or interfere with the operations of the web-site (or plan such actions) or modify it, except when it occurs in the course of viewing or using the website according to the rules.

  4. The moment of termination of the agreement is considered a moment, when the Betting company notifies the Client with the confirmation of all the final settlements.

  5. No assignment of Client’s obligations hereunder is allowed. A Client may not assign his obligations under the rules, as well as any rights or obligations hereunder to any other person or entity.

  6. The Betting company reserves the right to assign or transfer rights and obligations under the rules in whole or in part without notifying the Client, provided any such transfer would be on the same terms, or terms as a favorable for the Client.

  7.  In all matters not covered by the rules the Parties shall be guided by the laws of Costa Rica.

THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES 

The Betting company shall:

  1. Register the Client and assign him a unique number of the gaming account.

  2. Provide the Client with the ability to manage a gaming account.

  3. Maintain confidentiality of information on the Client acquired during the registration, placed bets, the Client’s gaming results and the payment settlements with him, and other information in accordance with the The Data Protection Act, 2003 (DPA 2003), Seychelles.

  4. Provide the Client with the twenty-four-hour technical support via email and telephone.

The Betting company has the right to:

  1. Suspend the provision of services in case if the Client fails to fulfil the provisions of the rules.

  2. Amend the rules unilaterally. The Betting company doesn’t send to the Client additional notices on amendments in the rules. The Client is obliged to follow the relevant amendments all by himself.

The Client shall:

  1. Read by himself the rules and receive a comprehensive explanation on all ambiguous matters.

  2. Keep confidential the number of his gaming account and access password to it. All the transactions made using the correct input player name and password and/or account number, will be considered as valid regardless of whether they were authorized by the Client and the Betting company is not responsible for any claim in the case Client provides his username, password or account number to another person.

  3. Independently carry out actions that may be required by the provisions of the legislation of the country of the Client’s tax residence and/or of the country, in which the Client is located at the moment of receiving a winning, in connection with payment of taxes or other compulsory charges from the revenues received from the Betting company. The Betting company shall not inform the Client about existence or content of such provisions of the legislation, and shall not advise on such issues.

  4. The Client has the right to:

  5. Receive a complete list of bets from the Betting company in accordance with the rules.

  6. Unilaterally refuse the game with Betting company once every 90 days after notifying us in advance by email that was sent from the registered email address, and after authorization on the website. The account will be blocked after the final settlements. In exceptional cases, the Client can re-submit a request to refuse the game, but not less than thirty (30) days after the previous request. The Betting company reserves the right to refuse to block the account again.

  7. Set limits of the gaming account on the maximum size of bets and funds spent or submit self-exclusion from the game at own discretion in the manner prescribed by the rules.

The Clients guarantees that at the moment of receiving online services from the Betting company:

  1. he/she is not physically present in the territory of any of the countries, specified in Sections 14-15 of this rules;

  2. he/she is observing legislation of the country of the Client’s citizenship and/or of the country in the territory of which the Client is present at the moment of receiving services from the Betting company, in relation to the right or ban to consume the services provided on web-site.

CONDITIONS OF BETS ACCEPTANCE

  1. The bets are accepted based on the line, i.e., the list of upcoming events at the odds for their outcomes offered by the Betting company.

  2. Line changes (handicaps, winner odds, totals, limitations for parlays, maximum bet amounts and others) can happen after any bet, but the terms for already placed bets remain unchanged. The bets are accepted for the amount that does not exceed the account balance.

  3. The bets are accepted before the event starts. The bets that are placed after the start of the event are not valid and such bets will be refunded. These bets are removed from parlays. The exceptions are so-called live bets during the event. These bets are valid and will be refunded only if for some reason the bets have been placed after the event has ended. The results update in the progress of live events is for information purposes only.

  4. The result listed incorrectly cannot be the ground for cancelling the bet. The Betting company is not responsible for correctness of results during live events.

  5.  The date and the time for the event start specified in the line are informative only. A wrong date is no reason to refund the bet if the bet has been placed before the start of the event. For bet settlement, the actual time of the event start is used. This time is determined according to the official documents (websites referenced by the Betting company when collecting information) of the organization that holds the competition, match, etc.

  6.  The Betting company accepts no responsibility for incorrect spelling of players' surnames, team names and cities names of the events on which the bets are placed.

  7.  In case of mistakes of the staff in the preparation and publication of the betting line, or there was an obvious failure in the computer software which determines the betting line (obvious mistakes in the odds, odds discrepancy in various positions, etc.), fraudulent actions of the employee of the Betting company in violation of the conditions, provided by these Rules, the Betting company has the right to unilaterally recognize the concluded agreement (including the bets placed before or after the beginning of the event, which concerns mistake) invalid, refuse to fulfil obligations under such an agreement and return the bet to the Client.

  8.  The bets cannot be changed or cancelled after the Client has placed the wager and received a verification (a note on the site and the wager number).

  9.  A connection failure and other technical mistakes in communication are no reasons to change or cancel a bet if the wager has been registered on the server.

  10.  Loss of password is no reason to change or cancel a bet or to cancel a payout request.

  11. Each Client is entitled to one gaming account, unless otherwise approved by the administrator of the Betting company on a case-by-case basis. The Client is required to seek permission from the Betting company administrator in advance for any exceptions to this rule. Applications made after the fact will be considered a violation. 

  12.  The Client cannot give permission to anybody else to use his/her gaming account.

 The Betting company reserves the right to:

  1. Apply limitations or refuse from accepting bets from any person without explanation of reasons and prior written notice;

  2. In case of suspicion of fraudulent actions on the part of the Client, cancel all bets made by such Client, return the deposit and close the game account;

  3. Close the Client’s game account at the request of the Client without the possibility of its recovery.

  4. The decision to refuse to accept bets and / or close the game account is made upon the Betting company’s sole discretion on the basis of these rules, taking into account the history of Client’s bets and the circumstances of a particular situation.

SPECIAL TERMS

If the event:

  1. Was not held on an appointed date and was postponed for more than 36 hours from the start time specified in the betslip - all bets on this event are settled at the odds 1 (unless otherwise was stated in the rules for this type of sport).

  2. Was interrupted and not completed within 12 hours from the start time specified in the betslip - all bets on the outcomes with the results determined by the time of interruption are settled according to these results, and the bets on the outcomes with not determined results are settled at the odds 1 (unless otherwise was stated in the rules of sport).

  3. If the match is transferred to a neutral ground, the wagers will stay unchanged. If the match is transferred to the opponent's ground, the wagers will be refunded and the bets will be removed from parlays. If the match is transferred to another ground in the same city, the wagers will stay unchanged and they will not be refunded regardless of the playing ground.

  4.  If the result is changed or cancelled (protest, doping, etc.), the original result will remain in betting.

  5. If more than one player (team) is announced as the competition winner, the bets placed on the victory of these players (teams) are settled at the odds 1.

  6.  Betting company announces the actual results on the basis of official records and other sources of information after the event. In a disputable situation, when different results for the same event are posted by various sources, with their obvious mistakes, the final decision about the results determination for bets settlement is made by the Betting company.

  7.  If there is reason to assume that the bet was placed after the outcome of the event became known, or after the selected player / team gained a significant advantage (e.g., the advantage in the score, sending off or substitution of player, etc.), the Betting company reserves the right to cancel these bets (make a refund), both winning and losing.

  8.  The Betting company uses its own data about the actual course of the game for live events bets settlement. If for any reason (such as loss of broadcasting, the lack of results in information sources, etc.) results of events cannot be determined, these events will be settled at the odds 1.

  9.  The Client should check that his/her betting slip is filled in according to the rules. If a betting slip is filled in incorrectly, regardless of the reason or fault, the Betting company retains the right to refund the bets and cancel the wagers. 

  10.  In the event that a Client incurs a negative balance resulting from the revaluation of bets due to an incorrectly entered result, the gaming account will be temporarily blocked until the Client deposits an amount equal to or greater than the negative balance. Failure to do so may result in the Betting company suspending acceptance of further bets from the Client. It is important to note that all wagers placed prior to the revaluation will remain valid.

  11.  Complaints regarding disputed issues must be submitted in the form of an email application (sent to [email protected]) within 10 days from the registration of the event's result. After the 10-day period, no complaints will be accepted. In unique and unprecedented disputed situations, the final decision rests with the Betting company.

  12.  The Betting company treats all complaints and disputes very seriously and is fully committed to ensuring that all complaints and disputes are dealt with in a fair, transparent and timely manner. Any Client who wishes to submit a direct complaint to the Customer Support Team, must provide clear and unequivocal information about the complainant’s identity and all relevant information that gave rise to the complaint. The consideration of claims by the Betting company is made only if the Client possesses the relevant financial documents confirming the payment of placed bet.

  13.  The Customer Support Team undertakes to provide the Client with a full and detailed response with regard to the complaint, within thirty (30) days from the date of the submission of the complaint. However, in cases where the matter of the complaint is of a complex nature and an in-depth investigation is required by the Customer Support Team, this may take longer. In addition, where the resolution depends on the Client to provide further information, the period of thirty (30) days will be extended until all necessary information is submitted. 

  14.  To ensure the Client protection and best client care service the Betting company records and/or monitors all telephone conversations, emails and correspondence between the client and the Betting company. The Betting company reserves the right to keep all the information and personal data in relation to the client’s complaint, to the extent that this is required or permitted by law. The Client has the right to access personal data held by the Betting company as provided in the Privacy Policy.

  15.  The Client should only contact the Seychelles courts when he/she believes the Betting company is in breach of the license. All disputes with the Betting company about a payout, a blocked account, a delay, broken features and so on, should first be taken up directly with the Betting company. 

  16. The Betting company holds the right to enforce these Rules with their own discretion

  17. The Betting company strongly opposes those involved in attempts to defraud the Betting company or other players, and as such, holds the right to close accounts and investigate any activity the Betting company believes is suspicious.  

FINANCIAL LIMITATIONS

  1. Maximum odds in parlays are 2000. If the odds are more than 2000, the winnings will be counted as if the odds were exactly 2000. However, the winnings must not exceed the maximum winnings for one bet.

  2. The maximum bet amount for each event depends on the event and the sport. The maximum bet amount will be defined by the Betting company individually for each event and wagering form and it can be changed without giving written notice. The Betting company reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount for certain events and change the betting limits for individual Clients without notice.

ACCOUNT OPENING AND DEPOSITING

To open a gaming account, the Client has to:

  1. Register on the server in the respective section of the website;

  2. Deposit funds to the gaming account at the bet’s acceptance point, bank transaction or electronic payment methods (more detailed in Making deposits).

  3.  The Client enters the password for the gaming account while registering on the website. This password may consist of any characters and may be changed by the Client at any time on the site after the authorization procedure.

  4.  All transactions on the gaming account will be performed in Indian Rupees.

  5.  The Betting company does not credit the Clients for gaming transactions.

  6.  Once a deposit is made through bank transfer or electronic payment methods, the gaming account will be credited on the server as soon as the payment service provider notifies the Betting company of the successful deposit. 

  7. The speed of crediting the gaming account with the deposited funds depends on factors such as the date and time of the deposit, the chosen payment service provider, the deposit method selected by the Client, and other relevant circumstances. 

  8. If the gaming account is not credited within two hours of the deposit being made, the Client should submit an application to the Betting company's support through the available support channels on the website, including ([email protected]). 

  9.  The fact of payment shall mean the actual receipt of funds at the accounts of the Betting company.

  10.  All costs of money transfers are paid by the Client. To avoid disputes, keep the receipt of the transfer for 3 years.

  11. The Betting company bears no responsibility if the gaming account fails to be credited within a timeframe, expected by the Client or specified by the Betting company, due to factors beyond its control, such as third-party actions or force majeure events (including authorization centers, communication channels, etc.). 

  12.  In order to deposit funds into the gaming account using a Credit/Debit Card, the personal data associated with the credit card must match the personal data registered to the gaming account. 

  13.  To deposit on a gaming account via Credit/Debit Card and/or e-wallet, the Client is not obliged to have a bank account in the currency of the gaming account. International payment systems independently and automatically convert any money payments to the currency of the gaming account from any other currency with the current interbank rates. 

  14.  Payment cards must be enabled for online transactions. If your card is not currently authorized for online use, please contact your bank to remove any restrictions. 

  15.  Time of transaction on crediting funds to the gaming account at Betting company and commission may vary. Current conditions for transactions will always be displayed on the "Making deposits" page. 

  16.  The Betting company is not responsible for any additional commissions and limitations of financial intermediaries. 

  17. The Client can find additional terms and rates in the relevant financial institutions.

  18.  The Betting company reserves the right to cancel the Client’s deposit made through the chosen payment system and make a refund back to the card, if there are suspicions of fraud or personal card details do not match the data of the gaming account holder. Placed bets are settled at the odds.

RULES FOR WINNINGS AND PAYOUT WITHDRAWALS

  1. Winnings from settled bets are credited immediately after the announcement of the event results on the official websites.

  2. You can send the request for withdrawal at any time, 24/7, of any amount from your account that does not exceed your account balance. The payout will be made in the same currency that you indicated during registration. The withdrawal can be received by any displayed method available for payout within 3 business days. For payout, which exceed equivalent of USD 1.00, it is necessary to produce the ID document, requested by the Betting company. The funds are paid only after producing the ID document, requested by the Betting company upon the Betting company’s sole discretion, including but not limited to original passport and only to the gaming account holders. 

  3.  Withdrawal from the gaming account is performed only upon confirmation of the fact that the gaming account holder is the owner of payment systems accounts. It is strictly prohibited to make money transfers in favour of other people regardless of the degree of relationship.

  4. All expenses for the transfer of funds are borne by the recipient and deducted from the transferred amount. All settlements are made in accordance with the applicable rules. All the Betting company rates of charges and commission rates for the transfer of monetary funds depend on the Client’s country of residence or country, where Client is located at the moment of receiving the services. 

  5. To perform the operation of withdrawal from the gaming account of the sum, which exceeds the equivalent of USD 1.00 via the chosen payment system, the Client must pass a verification procedure. To do this, it is enough to provide a colour photo of your passport and/or any other ID document, which may be requested by the Betting company, and a photo of the front and back of the credit / debit card that was used for the account replenishment. Please note that all data must be clearly visible, and the Client is obliged to close the middle 8 digits on the front side of the card and 3 digits of the security code on the back. If for any reason the Client refuses from verification, the Betting company will provide comments on what has to be corrected.

  6.  The Client is responsible for providing authentic information at registration of the order for withdrawal.

  7.  The current terms, conditions and fees for withdrawal from the gaming account may be changed and are always displayed on the "Withdrawal" page. If the Client makes "empty" and inappropriate transactions to deposit the gaming account, the Betting company reserves the right to set the individual commissions for the Client's future financial transactions, but not more than 2% or 5 USD (equivalent in the gaming account currency) per transaction depending on which amount is higher.

  8. To withdraw funds from the gaming account to VISA or MasterCard, the Client is not obliged to have a bank account in the currency of the gaming account. International payment systems independently and automatically convert any money payments to the currency of the gaming account from any other currency with the current interbank exchange rates.

  9.  The funds are credited to the Client's bank account within the period of up to 3 business days.

The Betting company has a strict anti-fraud policy. If Betting company has reasonable grounds to believe that the Client has participated in or has been connected with any form of fraudulent activity (on the basis of anti-fraud, anti-cheating, and collusion detection practices used by Betting company as well as its gaming partners and other suppliers which are commonly used in the gambling) including, but not limited to:

  1. participating in any type of collusion with other Client;

  2. development of strategies aimed at obtaining unfair winnings;

  3. fraudulent actions against Betting company or its payment providers;

  4. chargeback transactions;

  5. the use of third-party software or analysis systems;

  6. creating two or more accounts (multi-accounting);

  7. arbitrage betting;

  8. abuse of bonus programs;

  9. using unfair external factors or influences (commonly known as cheating); 

  10. become bankrupt in the country of his/her residence;

  11. client’s gaming account is not used for betting and other products offered by the Betting company;

  12. the gaming account is suspected in any activities related to money laundering or other fraudulent activities;

  13. the gaming account is suspected in making irregular (unusual) transactions activity; or 

  14. development of strategies with an intent to create artificial turnover (making opposite bets in casinos, etc.).

Betting company has a right to:

  1. suspend Clients Account for an indefinite period of time for the purposes of investigation into the Client's activities and, thereafter,

  2. Should the Betting company’s suspicions of fraudulent activity not be elevated or removed, the Betting company will have a right to close such a Client's Account within such a reasonable period of time as may be determined by the Betting company (at its sole discretion) on a case-by-case basis. 

The Betting company reserves the right to invalidate the concluded agreement (including (but not limited to) the bets placed before or after the beginning of the event (live or virtual) or any of the virtual games, products or Casino products on this website), refuse to fulfil obligations under such an agreement (including (but not limited to) refusal to pay any winnings) or from return of any placed bet, if: 

  1. The Betting company discovered that the betting agreement, bet or win refers to the outcome of one or more of the following events: 

    • in which the Client participates as a professional or collegiate athletes, team employees and owners, coaches, managers, handlers, athletic trainers, league officials and employees, referees, umpires, sports agents, and employees of a player or referee union, as well as those within the same household, or

    • in which a sports club participates, in which the Client is an owner, a coach, a functionary or a player, or

    • for which the agreement was entered into by the Client on behalf of a person.

  2. This rule applies regardless of when the Betting company became aware that the Client is one of the designated persons and may be applied retrospectively.

  3. If the Betting company has reasonable suspicion in the presence of unfairness event during the event or the influence of unfairness event on the outcome of an event, the Client and the Betting company have concluded a betting agreement, the Betting company reserves the right to consider a bet (in whole or in any part of it) regarding the outcome of such an event is doubtful, which entails the suspension of the settlement of the winnings and the payouts of the winnings to the Client with respect to such bet before the ending of all investigations, initiated by the Betting company or other persons in connection with suspicions of unfairness event.
    If this investigation establishes a fact or reinforces suspicions of dishonesty sports struggle in the course of the event or the fact of the influence of unfairness event on the outcome of the event, then the Betting company has the right to refuse the return of the bey and/or cancel the bet of the Client in respect of such an event, and also have the right contact the law enforcement authorities to investigate the involvement of the Client in unfairness event and bringing him to liability, established by law.
    If these investigations will not be completed within 1095 days after recognition by the Betting company that the bet or a part of it is doubtful, then the Betting company declares a dubious bet invalid (null) by the written request of the Client and returns rates to the Client.

For the purposes of these Rules: 

  • unfairness event includes situation (but not limited to), when the outcome of the event was completely or partially predetermined as the result of collusion between its members and / or a third party, or when a contractual match took place, as it defined in the rules for the conduct of relevant sports events, or when there was illegal influence on the result of an official sports event or other event;

  • suspicion of Betting company in the presence of unfairness event is justified, in particular situation when such suspicion comes from a national, international or foreign organization specializing on the detection, prevention or opposition to match fixing or other sports with a pre-determined result (for example, Tennis Integrity Unit (TIU), Early Warning System GmbH (EWS), FederBet AISBL).

  1. It was determined that:

    • one Client has several game accounts (multiple registration, multi-accounts), including under a new name;

    • one Client uses the data of other persons to register new gaming accounts, including his family members;

    • bets are made by a group of Clients acting in collusion, in order to circumvent the restrictions established by the Betting company;

    • the Client is suspected of using any software that automates the process of setting bets;

    • uses a game account to play in arbitration situations;

    • the gaming account is not used for betting and other products offered by the Betting company;

    • loyalty programs are abused;

    • the gaming account is suspected in any activities related to money laundering or other fraudulent activities;

    • the gaming account is suspected in making irregular (unusual) transactions activity;

    • development of strategies with an intent to create artificial turnover (making opposite bets in casino, etc.).

  2. The Betting company has lost trust in the Client. If the Client cannot explain the history of a bet (or bets) during the verification process of the fairness of the bid (which may be undertaken as part of the identity verification), on the basis of what principles it was made, what the client was guided by when betting, why he was interested in this event or any other questions related to the bet set. The Betting company will consider it necessary to ask the Client. If the answers provided by the Client will leave doubts about the honesty of the bet set, this entails a loss of trust of the Betting company in relation to this Client. In such an instance, the Betting company has a right to suspend the Client account for an indefinite period of time or permanently close the account, as may be determined by the Betting company on a case-by-case basis. The evidence of the foregoing can be based on the size, volume and structure of the betting in the Betting company. The decision made by the leadership of the Betting company on any of the issues listed (if there is any) is final. In case that for any reason Client has a negative balance, the Betting company reserves the right to take this into account before accepting any payouts to this Client. In such an instance, the Betting company has a right to suspend the Client account for an indefinite period of time or permanently close the account, as may be determined by the Betting company on a case-by-case basis.

  3. The Betting company is not responsible for losses and damages that may be incurred by the Clients or a third party due to technical failures provoked, including by virus attacks or other malicious actions directed at this website, failures on the side of the software provider (third parties), problems with the server and electronic communication channels and others. If the Client's account is mistakenly credited with winnings that do not belong to the Client due to a technical error, including the software provider (third party), the Betting company is not obliged to pay such winnings to the Client. The Betting company reserves the right to suspend, withdraw or cancel any payments or winnings that have been received as a result of the wilful or unintentional use of technical failures or vulnerabilities. The client is obliged to return all such withdrawn erroneous winnings and payouts, and the Betting company has the right to collect them, including from subsequent account deposits. In case of incorrect crediting of funds, and/or detection of any technical errors or vulnerabilities, the Client is obliged to notify the Support Service. The right to determine whether an explicit or latent technical error was committed in a particular case, or not, belongs exclusively to the Betting company. 

  4. The Betting company is not responsible for the quality of operations of the financial and technical partners and agents.

  5. In case of technical problems with the Betting settlement system, the payment to Client is carried out under the procedure prescribed by the rules.

  6. In case the Client’s account has been blocked due to fraudulent or other illegal actions of the Client, the rest on his gaming account is transferred by the Betting company to individuals affected by such actions of the Client, or for charity contributions.

  7. In order to make a withdrawal, the Client must wager a minimum of a hundred (100) percent of the deposited amount.

  8.  Betting company reserves the right to withdraw funds from the Client's account in any manner at its sole discretion, including determination of the commission, limits on the number and number of transactions.

  9.  Betting company reserves the right to verify the gaming account holder's identity and suspend transactions and/or payout for the gaming account at the time of verification.

  10. Initial verification is carried out in order to confirm that the gaming account has been registered with real data and that the Client has reached the age of 18. To verify his identity, the Client can download a photo of a civil passport of home country or national identity card in the gaming account settings.

  11. First name, last name, photo, date of birth, number of the document must be clearly visible on the document.   12.  If the Сlient fails to provide the necessary documents for verification within 30 days, the Betting company reserves the right to deduct the Client's balance and perform a write-off at its discretion. 

  13.  If necessary, Betting company may require additional proof of identity at all times, regardless of whether the Client has passed the primary account verification. The list of additional documents includes (but is not limited to): a digital photo of the Client with a passport, driving licence, birth certificate, international passport, utility bill, bank statement for the account / card, etc. The Client can provide these documents by sending an email to [email protected].

  14. The timing of the verification of the game account is set individually for each game account.  In case of Enhanced verification, the client should provide all the requested documents within 1 calendar month (after initiation of such verification). The Betting company reserves the right to write-off any winnings from the Client's account at its sole discretion and restrict or even close the account if the client fails to provide requested documents.

  15.  In case of refusal (avoidance) by the Client from identity verification procedure to be provided to the reasonable satisfaction of Betting company, the provision of another`s, fake (edited with the help of various programs and graphic editors) documents, and/or general inconsistencies of the Client- Betting company may decide to cancel all the bets placed by the Client and to return all transferred funds into the gaming account with a further express right to either suspend the said account or to close the account (to be determined at the sole discretion of the Betting Company).

  16.  The Betting company is not responsible for the provision of information on the Clients acquired during the registration, placed bets, the Client’s gaming results and the payments settlements with him at the request of government agencies. The Client allows the Betting company to collect, store and use personal data for the purposes of assessing his financial solvency or selecting of marketing products and services for him.

INACTIVE ACCOUNTS

  1. An inactive (“Sleeping”) account is a gaming account in the Betting company, where for more than a year (12 months) there have not been registered any i) successful deposits, ii) bets on events or online games, iii) withdrawals.

  2. According to industry standards, the maintenance of your account remains free as long as you actively use the products of the Betting company. If your account has signs of “sleeping,” the administrative fee for servicing an inactive account to cover administrative expenses will be deducted from a positive account balance. If your account has a zero balance, no fee will be charged.

  3.  The owner will be notified of the inactive status of his account and the first charge for servicing the account using the contact information that was provided to them in the profile and confirmed. The administration fee from a positive account will be charged monthly starting from 30 days after the first notification of the inactive status of the account, and until there are no more funds left in the account or it becomes active again. And with the first charge to an inactive account, all bonus campaigns are also deactivated, bonuses and any other points or accumulations of money in promotions, loyalty programs or other programs or the Betting company campaigns that were activated on this game account earlier are cancelled. COMMUNICATION WITH CUSTOMER SUPPORT

  1. When contacting the Customer support Service of the Betting company (hereinafter referred to as the Customer support), the Client must respectfully communicate with the operator of the Customer support and other employees of the Betting company, in particular, clearly and with the essence express their questions, execute requests of the operator of the support service or another employee of the Betting company. The Operator of the Customer support provides assistance to the Client only with respect to the concluded bet agreement or the possibility of concluding and executing an agreement about betting and has the right to refuse providing consultation on other issues.

The Client undertakes during the conversation with the operator of the Customer support:

  1. do not use obscene or vulgar expressions;

  2. do not insult the operator and do not degrade his dignity;

  3. do not threaten the operator or other employees of the Betting company;

  4. not to contact the operator of the Customer support on matters that do not concern to the bet agreement or the possibility of concluding and executing a betting agreement;

  5. do not abuse the right to contact Customer support and do not interfere with the normal operation of the Customer support (repeated appeals, spam, flood, etc.).

In case when the Client violates these Rules during the communication with the operator of the Customer support, then operator:

  1. warns the Client that his behaviour is a violation of these Rules;

  2. demands the termination of the violation and warns the Client about the consequences provided for in these Rules, if the Client will continue to violate these Rules.

  3. In case if the operator has warned the Client but the Client continues to allow violation of these Rules, the operator decides on the temporary suspension of the Client's right to apply to the Customer support for a period from 1 day to 3 months. Operator's solution is final. The Betting company has the right to use technical means for automatic blocking the access of such Clients for contacting Customer support. The Betting company does not notify the Client of the renewal of his right to apply to the Customer support.

OVERALL TERMS

  1. The fact that our Website is available in such a country and/or jurisdiction or that it can be displayed in the official language of any of those countries cannot be
    considered official authorization or legal grounds for using our Website and depositing funds into your account or withdrawing your winnings. The availability of the Website does not mean that it contains any proposals, incitement or invitation to use or subscribe to betting, gambling or any of the other services in any jurisdiction where such activity is illegal.

  2.   6. Betting terms (odds, handicaps, totals, maximum stake limits, etc.) may be subject to variation after a bet has been made, but this does not affect the terms at the time the bet was placed. Before entering into an arrangement, the customer shall check all changes in the current pre-match markets.

  11.   15. Bets shall be settled and winnings shall be determined based only on the results declared by the bookmaker. Any complaints about the results, date, and actual starting time of the event shall be considered together with official documents from the relevant sports federations.

  16. No complaint in connection with or arising from transliteration (or translation) of a team name, player’s surname, or sports venue will be considered by the bookmaker. A tournament title is given for convenience only. No mistake in a tournament title shall result in a stake refund.

  17. In no event shall the bookmaker BetBolt be held liable to the Customer for any indirect, collateral, or incidental losses or damages (including loss of profit), even though they may have been notified that such losses or damages are likely to occur.

  18. The bookmaker reserves the right to update these Rules and add new provisions at any time. Such new rules or amendments shall take effect immediately after publication on the website.

ADDITIONAL ACCOUNT TERMS

  1.  In the event of

    • duplicate registration (including registering under a new name), the submission of someone else's, invalid, or forged documents (including those that have been edited by using any kind of software or graphic editor)

    • multiple breaches of the Betting Company’s T&C

    • doubts about the identity of the customer or the information they have provided (i.e. address, credit/debit card details, other data)

    • any types of fraud committed either by you or by another person acting in your interests or in collusion with you, including but not limited to: 

      • a) refund or rake fraud

      • b) your use of a stolen or unverified bank card as a source of funds

      • c) any actions you have carried out or attempted to carry out which may reasonably be considered illegal in any applicable jurisdiction, which were committed deliberately or with the intention to deceive and/or circumvent constraints set in law regardless of whether this action or attempt ultimately causes loss or damage to your account

    • when the customer placed the bet, they had information about the result of that event

    • the customer was able to influence the outcome of an event due to their direct participation in the match (sportspeople, coaches, referees, etc.) or because they acted on behalf of the participants

    • bets were placed by a group of bettors acting in concert (as a syndicate) in order to exceed the limits set by the bookmaker, as well as colluding with others in order to obtain an unfair advantage through bonus schemes or any other promotions offered by us

    • the bettor is suspected of using special software or hardware which facilitate automated betting, including but not limited to the use of glitches, faults or errors in our software in connection with the Services we offer (including betting); your use of rogue equipment and programs or analytical systems, including but not limited to software that allows you to place bets without human intervention (for example, bots), etc.

    • unfair means of any kind were used to obtain information or circumvent restrictions imposed by the company.
      The company’s management is entitled to request at their discretion any documents from the bettor substantiating their identity or other data they have provided (for example, passport details, residential address), as well as to cancel any payments until all such details have been verified.
      The company’s management reserves the right to conduct a video conference as a part of the identity verification process, and/or request for the documents to be sent by post. Verification may take up to 72 hours from the receipt of the documents. The outcome of the video conference can be provided to the customer within 5 working days after a video conference takes place. If it is proven that the data that was provided is not valid, the company is entitled to take any reasonable measures including but not limited to cancelling all bets and suspending all transactions for the duration of their investigation, and to proceed with full verification of the account once any documents required for the verification procedure have been requested.

  2. If the customer refuses to undergo verification, the company reserves the right to void their bets (including bets placed from duplicate accounts). Furthermore, the management reserves the right to take any reasonable measures, including but not limited to blocking the account and freezing the available funds until the account holder is established and their deposit methods have been confirmed.

  3. Upon completion of the investigation, the company can make any decision that it deems to be fair and reasonable:

    • to block (close) the account (including any duplicate accounts), which may entail:

      • all bonuses, free bets and winnings received from those bonuses and free bets when using this duplicate account becoming void and lost to you

      • at our sole discretion, to cancel all winnings and refund the balance of your account at the start of the investigation (minus any cancelled winnings) made from your main and duplicate accounts.   4. The Customer shall be responsible for keeping their password and account number received at registration confidential. All bets registered with the bookmaker shall be valid. Bet cancellation shall be subject to these Rules. Should the Customer’s login details come into the possession of a third party, the bookmaker should be informed, the Customer should change their username and password and their email password to stronger ones. You must not disclose any cash withdrawal codes or codes for changing your phone number to any third party.

  5. The account holder confirms that any activities on the account are performed by themselves. If the account is managed by a third party, the account holder shall take exclusive responsibility for access to the account.

  1. Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the governing body of the match or tournament in question.

  2. If a match is interrupted and is not completed, bets thereon will be settled at odds of 1.

  3. There are several types of cricket tournament:

    • A Twenty20 International is a form of cricket where the game lasts three and a half hours on average;

    • A One Day International (ODI) is a form of cricket where the game lasts over eight hours;

    • A Test Match is a form of cricket that can last up to five days with a minimum 90 overs per day where each side gets the opportunity to bat twice.

  4. If the official result of the match is a draw and no prices have been offered for this outcome, any tiebreaker will count, for example, bowl-out, super over, etc. (Bowl-outs and super overs do not count for the settlement of other bets).

  5. In matches with a limited number of overs, bets on the statistics for a team or the whole match will be cancelled if less than 80% of a team’s overs or the total overs are played due to external factors, including adverse weather conditions, except in cases where the result had been determined by the time the innings ended.

  6. “Team’s Top Batsman”.
    A team’s top batsman is determined by the player who scores the most runs. Runs scored in a super over do not count. If two or more players score the same number of runs, the “Dead Heat” rule is applied.
    If a batsman withdraws due to injury, but then returns to the pitch, the total number of runs scored by that batsman in the inning is taken into account. If the batsman does not return to the pitch, their total is the number of runs they scored before withdrawing from play.
    If a certain batsman does not appear in the team’s starting XI, bets on them will be voided. Bets on batsmen who do not bat or do not enter play will be deemed to have lost.
    In matches with a limited number of overs, bets will be voided if less than 50% of a team’s overs are played due to external factors, including adverse weather conditions, except in cases where the result had been determined by the time the inning ended.
    Bets on top batsmen in test matches are accepted before each team’s first inning and will be voided if fewer than 50 overs are played, except in cases where the result of these bets has already been determined.

  7. Team’s Best Bowler A team’s best bowler is the player with the most individual wickets in an individual innings. Bets on players who do not bowl or do not enter play will be deemed to have lost. In the event that two or more players finish a match with the same number of wickets, the player with the fewest runs scored against them will be deemed the best bowler. If two or more players are equal on both wickets and runs, the Dead Heat rule applies. If no bowlers take a wicket, all bets will be settled at odds of 1.00. Bets placed on any player who does not appear in the starting 11 or who appears as a substitute will be voided. Wickets taken in a super over do not count. If a player appears in the starting 11 and is subsequently substituted off, both this player and the player who replaces them will count. Best Bowler bets in Test matches only apply to the first innings of each team and will be voided if fewer than 60 overs are played, except in cases where the bets had already been settled. Bets on matches with a limited number of overs will be cancelled if less than 80% of the team’s scheduled overs are played due to external factors, including inclement weather, except in cases where the result had already been established before the innings was interrupted.

  8. Bets on a player who is not listed in the starting 11 will be deemed void. Bets on players who have been selected for the starting line-up, but do not bat, will be settled at odds of 1.

  9. "Runs At Fall Of Wicket". Bets win if the following criteria are predicted correctly: wicket taken and total runs. If the wicket is not taken and the total is higher than the designated minimum total, the bet is settled as a loss. If the wicket is not taken and the total runs exceeds the designated maximum total, the bet is settled at odds of 1.00.

  10. Race to 10 runs. Bets stand, unless the listed players do not bat first – in which case, all bets will be void. Bets stand regardless of which of the listed players bats the first ball. If neither player scores 10 runs, bets on a "Neither" outcome win. In matches affected by the weather, if neither batsman scores 10 runs and neither of them is dismissed, bets will be void. If neither batsman scores 10 runs and both are dismissed, bets on a "Neither" outcome win.

  11. “() Individual Total Runs First () Overs Over/Under ()”.
    If the selected number of overs is not played due to external factors or adverse weather conditions, bets will be voided, except in cases where the result had already been determined.
    If the selected number of overs is not played in an inning (e.g. because a whole team is bowled out or reaches the required number of runs before the selected number of overs have been played), bets remain valid.
    Extra runs are included when settling bets, regardless of the reason for which they were awarded.
    In a test match, the full number of overs specified must be played in full for bets to stand, with the exception of cases where a whole team is bowled out or reaches the required number of runs in fewer overs than specified.

  12. Team’s Individual Total Runs. Bets on this market are settled based on the final score of the team in bat. In the event of a draw, or if any additional overs are played (super over or golden ball), bets on the outcome of the match in question are settled based on the number of runs scored during regular time. Bets on matches with a limited number of overs are cancelled if less than 80% of the team’s scheduled overs are played due to external factors, including inclement weather, except in cases where the result had already been established before the inning was interrupted. Bets on test matches are cancelled in the event of a draw, provided that fewer than 60 overs were played, except in cases where the results had already been established.

  13. Highest Individual Score (Player's Runs); Player's Total Runs; Player’s Number Of Runs. In test matches, such bets are settled according to the highest number of runs scored in an innings. Runs from two innings are not added together unless otherwise stated.

  14. Over, delivery, total runs team 1/2. For bet settlement purposes, deliveries which are re-bowled – and any additional runs awarded for them – count. For example, if the over starts with: Wide - No Ball - Four, then "Four" is considered to be the third delivery in the over.

  15. Certain markets may only be settled after all the statistics have been published by the official source, which may take 10-12 hours.

  16. Best Batsman In The Match:
    The best batsman in a match is the player who scores the most runs. Runs scored in super overs are not counted. If two or more players score the same number of runs, Dead Heat rules apply.
    If a batsman withdraws due to injury, but then returns to the field, the total number of runs scored by this batsman in the innings is taken into account. If the batsman does not return to the field, their total runs will be the number of runs they scored before withdrawing from play.
    If a batsman does not appear in the starting 11, bets on them will be voided. Bets on batsmen who appear in the team but do not bat will be settled as a loss.
    In matches with a limited number of overs, bets will be voided if less than 50% of the specified number of overs is played by either team due to external factors, such as inclement weather, except in cases where the bets had already been settled.
    Best Batsman bets on Test matches only apply to the first innings of each team and will be voided if either team plays fewer than 50 overs, except in cases where the bets had already been settled.

  17. Best Batsman’s Team
    The team with the best batsman is determined based on the number of runs scored by various players. Runs scored in super overs are not counted. If two batsmen from different teams score the same number of runs and no “Draw” outcome is offered, Dead Heat rules apply.
    If a batsman withdraws due to injury, but then returns to the field, the total number of runs scored by this batsman in the innings is taken into account. If the batsman does not return to the field, their total runs will be the number of runs they scored before withdrawing from play.
    If a batsman does not appear in the starting 11, bets on them will be voided. Bets on batsmen who appear in the team but do not bat will be settled as a loss.
    In matches with a limited number of overs, all bets will be voided if the match is interrupted due to external factors, except in cases where the bets had already been settled by the end of the innings, or where all of the batsmen are out.
    Bets on the Best Batsman’s Team in Test matches only apply to the first innings of each team, unless otherwise specified. If either team plays fewer than the specified number of overs in their innings (unless they declare or the innings comes to its natural conclusion), all bets will be voided, except those that had already been settled. Bets stand, however, if they had already been settled by the time of the interruption.

  18. These markets use a points based scoring system to determine their outcome. The point schedule is as follows: 1 point per run, 20 points per wicket, 10 points per catch, 25 points per stumping.

    • Stakes refunded on non-selected players.

    • In One Day matches both teams must face at least 40 overs each, otherwise bets are void, unless settlement of bets is already determined.

    • In Test and First Class matches, the whole match counts. In drawn games a minimum of 200 overs must be bowled, otherwise bets are void, unless settlement of bets is already determined. In Twenty20 matches the match must be scheduled for the full 20 overs and there must be an official result unless settlement of bets is already determined.

  19. GOLD LEAGUE is a regional league played according to the rules of indoor cricket. Teams must play all scheduled overs, or until 5 wickets fall.

  20. Scoring rules:

    • if the bail is knocked off the wicket as the result of a bowler's direct hit, the batsman will be dismissed

    • if the batsman does not hit the ball after it is bowled and the wicket-keeper catches (does not catch) the ball, the batsman gets 0 points

    • if the batsman hits the ball and the fielders or the wicket-keeper catch it without it touching the floor, the batsman will be dismissed

    • if the batsman hits the ball and the ball touches the floor, in the event that the batsman or non-striker have not reached their respective crease (territory), the batsman will be dismissed if the fielding team knocks the bails off the wicket with the ball

    • when the batsman hits the ball into certain zones, they are awarded points as follows:

      • A – 0 points

      • B,C (up to the middle of the field) – 1 point

      • B,C (past the middle of the field up to zone D) – 2 points

      • D (without touching the floor) – 6 points, or if the ball touches the floor – 4 points.

  21. If the ball first lands in zone B,C past the middle of the field (2 points), and then goes on to land in zone D (a further 1 point), the team gets 3 points in total. If the ball lands in zone B,C up to the middle of the field (1 point), and then goes on to land in zone B,C past the middle of the field, 2 points are awarded in total.

  22. For a dead ball (when the ball is thrown up to and including the centre line), 0 points are awarded and the ball is bowled again. If the next ball is also a dead ball, the batsman is awarded 5 points.

  23. For physical interference against the batsman, the batsman is awarded 5 points.

  24. For a good ball (when the ball is thrown through the batting area without touching the batsman), 0 points are awarded.

  25. For a wide ball (when the ball is bowled outside the batting area or crosses the batting crease), the batsman is awarded 2 points.

  26. For a leg bye (when the ball hits the batsman's body), 0 points are awarded and the game continues. If the batsman and non-striker have changed places, 1 point is awarded.

  27. For a no ball (when the bowler steps behind the bowling crease; the ball is thrown above the wicket directly, without touching the ground; the ball is thrown and rebounds from the floor to above shoulder-level; the ball is thrown off the pitch), the batsman is awarded 2 points.

  28. Team () to Save Follow On. You need to determine if follow-on could be enforced for the team batting second, regardless of whether it is enforced or not. Both teams must complete their first innings (including declarations) for bets to be considered valid, otherwise bets will be settled at odds of 1.

  29. Cyber Indian League 22, Cricket22 Cyber League

  30. Each match consists of a single innings, with a maximum of 20 overs for each team. Each over consists of six deliveries.

  31. A coin is tossed at the start of the match. The team that wins the toss decides if they want to bowl or bat first.

  32. The team that bats first scores runs until they have played the full 20 overs, or until the bowling team has taken 10 wickets. When the other team comes to bat, they play until they have scored more runs than the opposing team did in the first half of the inning, until they have played the full 20 overs of six deliveries each, or until the bowling team takes 10 wickets.

  33. The team that scores the highest number of runs wins. If both teams score the same number of runs, a super over is played. In this case, the team that scores the most runs in the super over wins.

Bet settlement:

  • “Match Winner” bets are settled taking into account the result of the super over.

  • “Over, Individual Total Runs” bets are settled based on the number of runs scored by the teams, including extras. In the event that the over in question is not played, bets on it will be refunded.

  • “Will A Wicket Fall In Over” and “Extra In Over” bets are settled based on the result of the over in question. If the over in question is not played, bets on it will be refunded.

  • “Total”, “Individual Total”, and “Individual Total Runs” bets are settled based on the number of runs scored by the teams, including extras, but not including super overs.

  • “Who Will Lose More Wickets”, “Total Wickets”, and “Team Total Wickets Lost” bets are settled based on the number of wickets taken, not including super overs.

  • “Super Over” and “Winner In Super Over” bets are settled as a loss in the event that no super over is played.

  • Will An Extra Run Be Awarded In Over - an extra run is awarded to the batting team in the event of an illegal delivery (e.g., a no-ball or wide) from the bowling team.
    After an extra (i.e. via a no ball or a wide) has been awarded, the bowling team has to deliver another throw before the end of the over. An extra is not awarded for an lb.

CASINO

  • The industry of gambling, betting, and eGaming is an area where a variety of special words and terms are used. If the Customer has any doubts regarding the meaning of a particular term, they should refrain from placing bets in the games that apply this term. Hence, the Customer should make bets only when he/she clearly understands what each word means exactly. The Bookmaker explicitly disclaims any responsibility for situations when the Customer misunderstands the meaning of words used in games they play. 

  • Before proceeding with any game, the Customer is strongly advised to read and carefully examine its rules to the fullest extent possible. 

  • The Customer participating in a tournament, live table game or game of any kind on the platform, acknowledges that they fully understand, accept and agree to comply with the Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “T&C”) of each respective tournament, live table game or game of any kind.

  • The Customer is not allowed to enter into collusion with other Customers. Whether it is a direct or indirect collusion scheme, any action of this kind is strictly prohibited. This statement is valid concerning any games made available by the Bookmaker, both now and in the future, without any exceptions.

  • If the Customer is intending to start playing and place bets, he/she is obliged to examine whether it is legal to take part in gambling activities in their jurisdiction.   • Any bet is treated as an accepted one only after it is registered by the Bookmaker’s server. Corresponding online confirmations are also needed. After that, registered bets can be neither cancelled nor changed.

  • The Customer's stakes can never exceed their account balances. Once the bets have been registered, those stakes will be debited from the Customer's account. As for winning, these funds will be credited to the Customer's account after the bets have been properly settled in compliance with these T&C.

  • The Bookmaker explicitly rejects any complaints or disputes related to any facts or events concerning bets made more than 10 (ten) days prior.

  • If the Customer wants to submit a complaint related to the way the Bookmaker's service functions, he/she must immediately contact the Customer Support Service. PROMOTIONS

THE FOLLOWING PROMOTIONS RULES ARE GUIDELINES, WITH THE BONUS SECTION ABOVE SUPERSEDING THESE RULES WHERE NECESSARY AND THE INDIVIDUAL BONUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS TAKING PRIORITY OVER ALL. “Bookmaker” and “Betting company” are used interchangeably.

  • Bonuses can be used exclusively by a single individual Customer, via a single unique device, at a single IP address, and via the same single Internet browser.

  • Any individual account is permitted to have only one single activated bonus at a time. Deposit-specific bonuses are not of the cumulative type. Hence, they can only be used in the order of precedence, i.e. one after another. That is to say, the Customer's next bonus becomes available only after his/her preceding bonus is already revoked or, alternatively, redeemed.

  • As for the Customer's bonus amount, it is placed into his/her Bonus Balance. It means that the bonus amount will be separated from the Cash Balance.

  • Both the Customer's bonus and winnings generated with it will be lost as soon the bonus expires. The typical validity period associated with bonuses lasts for 30 (thirty) days starting from the day of crediting. The Customer is responsible to carefully study the T&C of any given bonus.

  • As for the validity periods of various bonus free spins, the time frames depend on particular providers. Hence, they are not and cannot be regulated by the Bookmaker.

  • The Bookmaker reserves the right to alter the T&C related to all the bonuses, to temporarily suspend them, or even indefinitely terminate them at any moment in time.

  • The General T&C stipulated by the Bookmaker always apply with no exceptions.

  • REQUIREMENTS RELATED TO BONUS WAGERING

    • While playing with an activated bonus, the Customer is authorized to place his/her bets with funds from both his/her bonus account and the main personal account. At the same time, the Customer needs to be aware of the fact that having an active bonus on his/her account prevents him/her from withdrawing money. Such requests are declined until the requirements related to bonus wagering are fully complied with. Alternatively, the Customer may reject bonuses available to him/her.

    • As for redeeming a bonus, the Customer is ought to place a required amount of money in bets. That is to say, the rule is as follows: wagering requirement = bonus amount X required number of times.

    • Any deposit bonus is subject to being redeemed by wagering a corresponding bonus amount.

    • Until the Customer's bonus is redeemed, the stakes are not allowed to be higher than any other limit set by the Betting company.

    • Once the Customer's bonus has been redeemed, the main personal account is to be credited with the remaining bonus funds. They cannot exceed the Customer's total bonus amount. In case the Customer's bonus account balance is still below the minimum possible stake after his/her bonus becomes redeemed, such a bonus is treated as a lost one.

    • The Customer is authorized to request for withdrawal before his/her bonus becomes redeemed. At the same time, in this case, both the bonus amount and the winnings received while redeeming this bonus are subject to cancellation.

    • Any winning obtained with bonus funds and requested to be withdrawn will be checked and verified by the Bookmaker. It is only after that when such payments can be processed. In some cases, that are conditional to the results of a verification process, the Bookmaker has the full right to and will request personal data from the Customer and additional details to confirm his/her payment methods.

  • CANCELLATION OF BONUSES 

    • The Customer has the full right to give up all the bonuses or any single bonus promotion. It can be done via contacting the Bookmaker’s Customer Support at [email protected], through an online chat, or by taking the necessary measures in their Personal Accounts.

    • If the Customer rejects or wishes to cancel a bonus, the corresponding bonus balance will become 0 (zero). As a result, the Customer is no longer required to meet wagering requirements.

    • The Customer has the right to stop continuing to meet bonus wagering requirements. It can be done in the Customer's Account. It should be noted that if a bonus is declined after being partially redeemed, any winnings made while redeeming such a bonus are subject to cancellation.

  • ABUSE OF BONUSES

    • The Customer is strictly prohibited from abusing bonuses. As for the definition of “abuse” in this context, the following ratios of bonuses received, in their relation to deposits, are defined as abuse. 70% bonus funds obtained on between 5 and 9 deposits; 50% bonus funds obtained on 10 or more deposits. If any kind of abuse takes place, the Bookmaker has the full right to ban the Customer from obtaining any bonuses. It can also annul any winnings received with bonus funds both in the course of wagering and after it ends.

    • The Bookmaker is always fully authorized to examine and scrutinise transaction histories and the Customer's accounts and logs at any moment and for any reason. If such checks detect any kind of bonus misuse done by the Customer, the Bookmaker reserves the full right to nullify the bonuses provided by the Customer.

    • If the Bookmaker detects that the Customer resorts to the gaming strategies prohibited by the Bookmaker when redeeming a bonus, the Bookmaker reserve the right to take penalty measures and exclude the Customer from both currently available promotions and all the future ones.

    • The following are some of the examples of possible strategies viewed as prohibited by the Bookmaker when it comes to clearing bonuses’ wagering requirements:

      • Placing a high volume of bets without any serious impact on the Customer's balance. This strategy can be exemplified by placing bets on every roulette number or placing bets on red and black simultaneously.

      • Placing big bets (i.e. those exceeding €5 (five euros)) with the goal to increase the Customer's bonus balance quickly and then seriously reducing the volume of stakes made (i.e. over twofold) for no clear reason while having an appropriate account balance. Each of the aforementioned cases will be thoroughly examined by the Bookmaker.

      • Betting big in those games that presuppose a low contribution (i.e. stake percentage that counts towards the requirements related to wagering) and then betting small in those games that presuppose a larger contribution

      • Postponing any game round, concerning bonuses and free spins, to a later moment while facing no wagering requirements and/or imposed limits on making new deposits, with free spins and bonuses being still available 

      • Any combinations of the aforementioned gaming techniques and strategies.

    • Whenever any case of bonus abuse committed by the Customer is revealed and identified, the Bookmaker has the full right to take the following measures: cancelling and nullifying all available bonuses together with winnings generated from those bonuses as well as blocking the Customer’s account completely. 

    • The Bookmaker recommends the Customer to enter his/her real phone number while registering: the Bookmaker may use it later to confirm the Customer's true identity. In case it turns out to be impossible to contact the Customer, the Bookmaker has the full right to restrict the Customer's use of bonuses and even totally block his/her personal account.

  • WELCOME PACKAGES FOR CUSTOMERS

    • Before the Customer can add a deposit into his/her account, they are required to agree to receive casino bonuses. It can be done on the ‘Account Settings’ page under the ‘My Account’ section. Alternatively, it can be done on the ‘Deposit’ page directly.

    • The bonus is subject to automatic activation and will be credited to the Customer’s account within 1 day, i,e, 24 (twenty-four) hours after the moment when all the requirements associated with the Bookmaker’s offer.

    • Any activated bonus is subject to being redeemed within 7 (seven) days.

    • Winnings gained from free spins will be credited to the main account. Hence, it is not necessary to redeem them.

    • At any moment of time, only one single gift per one gaming account is allowed to be active. Hence, gifts are not subject to accumulation. Consequently, gifts can only be used on the basis of the so-called “queuing principle”. That is to say, every next gift becomes available only after the preceding one becomes redeemed. Alternatively, the preceding gift may also be either cancelled or suspended during wagering.

    • Any gift, together with any winnings obtained using it, will be lost once this gift has expired.     • In case the Customer places a bet related to a live event, this Customer might not be in the right position or location to see or otherwise receive the latest information regarding this event within a relevant space of time. The Bookmaker cannot be held liable for any losses and shall not be expected to compensate for any losses incurred as an outcome of a delay related to the transmission of digital data covering such events. 

    • By starting to play any game made available by the Bookmaker, the Customer assumes full and sole personal responsibility for the speed and quality of his/her connection to the Internet as well as for the technical condition and efficiency of the equipment used to get access to the internet. The Bookmaker explicitly rejects any liabilities for any losses the Customer incurs (as an outcome of service issues, poor connection, weak signals, loss of service, or otherwise) because of their internet service providers or telecom providers.

  • Force Majeure Events

    • If a Force Majeure period starts and an Act of God takes place, the Bookmaker’s functions are automatically viewed as entirely suspended for the entire duration of this period. As for the Bookmaker, it will attempt to use any endeavours, within a reasonable framework, to effectively deal with the consequences of such Force Majeure events. The Bookmaker will also attempt to identify a way by which the obligations may be fulfilled in spite of the Force Majeure event and its practical consequences.
